Entelos, a provider of in silico modeling and simulation
products and consulting services, signed an agreement with Mars Petcare to model optimized nutritional formulations and
reduce the need for traditional nutritional studies with companion animals.
“Pet
nutrition is receiving increasing scientific attention. Entelos has
completed numerous projects modeling other species to refine scientific trials
in animals and man. It makes sense that we move into pet care and nutrition,”
said Entelos CEO, Shawn O’Connor.
