About the Presenter
Robert McDonald, managing director of Food Safety Validation, has been involved with the food industry throughout his career and has worked with such companies as McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, Marriott and Hilton as well as many food trade associations on a national and international level. He holds a juris doctor degree from Georgetown University.
