Danish pet food manufacturer Aller Petfood purchased the shares of the Investment Fund for Central and Eastern Europe in its Aller Pet food Russia business.
Aller Petfood is now the sole proprietor of the Russian subsidiary, which was established in 2004 and manufactures private-label pet food products. According to the company, Aller Petfood Russia holds a 50 percent share of private-label sales in Russia.
