Online UK pet food retailer PetShopBowl implemented a “Bottomless Bowl” feature on its websites, which is an automated repeat delivery system.
The "Bottomless Bowl" feature allows customers to make a one-time order with their product specifications and frequency requirements. Then, the company says regular pet food shipments are processed and delivered as ordered until canceled, without a contract.
