Pet helpline offers tip list to owners

In honor of Valentine’s Day, the Pet Poison Helpline has compiled a list of 14 ways pet owners can help their pets stay healthy and safe.
The list recommends owners cut back on petfood by 10-25% of the current amount they are feeding their pets to curb pet obesity and give guests treats to feed owners’ cat or dog when they come over to prevent them from feeding other foods which may be harmful.
